It's a bit complicated. I added a tablespoon of oat milk this time, so just a little more liquid, and I think that made a difference. Used bread machine. Liquids in first. After first mix, it looked like thick cake batter.

I want to share my success at baking a delicious loaf of gluten free bread, finally! No wheat, soy or rice flour, after months of experimenting, and it tastes wonderful!
