The Rhine. Where "freeboard" would seem to be a good idea, but is very much a luxury.
A Rhine barge, 14 metres wide by oooo 150 metres long and with a freeboard (the bit between the surface of the water to the top of the ship) measured in millimetres.

Mulled wine, it's good for you!

Blimey. I think they missed a bit.

The green lines are the tracks of the aircraft and they're so dense that there's very little 'land' to be seen. Below is a description of the aircraft. It's a Vulcanair P8R Victor from the national police air service based in Nottingham.

Four packets of dried sausage on a wooden worktop. Left to right we have: A Polish mild kabanos. Thin and long and red. Chorizo de Leon. Cabanossi, German and about the size of a Pepperami. Classic saucisson sec. French dried sausage with a very mouldy casing.

Why yes, it's just gone Wigan past Preston.
It'll soon be Lancaster O'clock.
A clock face that is a picture of the front end of a Class 390 Pendolino in it's former Virgin trains livery of red with yellow warning panels. It's tilting to the left as we look at it, giving an impression of urgent speed. The twelve numbers are replaced by the station codes from the stations on the West Coast Main Line in order. 12 o clock position is Euston, six o clock is Wigan, ending at 11 p clock for Glasgow Central. The hands show half past seven or Wigan past Preston.

I have been for a run.
