A few years ago myself and some crip friends read Disability Visibility as the first book in our book club. Alice heard about it, over on the bad place, and sent us signed book plates. May her memory be a blessing and a revolution.

One of the highlights of my year in Edinburgh is the @lighthousebks.bsky.social Radical Bookfair, it's such a fab event centering community care, and this year comrades from @edinmaskbloc.bsky.social provided 1500+ masks to attendees! 🥳 As usual I completely blew my budget, here's my book haul 📚

Caramel really embodying my mood when the Storm Eowyn red weather warning emergency alert hit my phone at 6pm today after possibly the longest week in January in history (it woke her up, she's not happy)
Atop a stack of plastic boxes like a throne, Caramel, an enormous, fluffy calico Maine Coon cat, sprawls on top of a black laptop bag (yes it's company property). She has clearly just been awoken from a nap and is not happy about it

Floor length bottle green curtains, at the very bottom there is a small gap in the middle of the curtains and a paw pulling them to one side. A calico cat's face can be seen peeking out from the gap with a mildly threatening aura.
