Yeah it's wearing. And it's important to realise it's ok to not be ok when you see awful stuff like that, just try to balance it with somethng positive in the world because otherwise it's easy to end up in a horrible slump mentally. Be kind to yourself! ❤️

So true, it’s why I don’t even look at mainstream news anymore. It’s just toxic for the soul. I used to be always up to date on the latest in world events and news so it was weird to suddenly *not* know everything. But it’s turned out to be a good thing for my mental wellbeing. 😊

I try to remind myself that while all this awful stuff is going on in the world, there’s so so many acts of kindness and good that never get reported. The media is out for our attention, and they know negativity is more profitable than positivity. Try not to let their biases impact your world view 💕

Ah fair well fingers crossed! I’m really hoping she’s given a lot of freedom to make the game she wants to and not be held back by corporate interests from publishers. She’s made some of the most important games I’ve ever played so it’s exciting to know she’s back in business.

It has however made me want to do another KOTOR play through, so there’s that 🤭. Goodbye another 23 or so hours of my life doing another 100% run.

I really struggled to find the desire to keep going in TOTK. My first run through BOTW was incredible and memorable… but I know that world intimately now and there’s no wonder in “exploring” it for a second time. It’s a trick that only works once sadly.

I miss the older dungeon designs too.

I’m so tired. I was actively looking at moving to Ireland in the event Reform get in and now I have no idea where I would go. It seems it’s not enough to feel unsafe in your own country now my picks for emigrating are also becoming hostile.

I don't fully get it either, but from a post I saw on Reddit it's aimed at a particular subsection of "gamers" who think anything is bad if it doesn't involve shooting or sports.

I haven't played WoW in literally forever... I know it'll never be the same as when it was at its peak with Lich King but damn the nostalgia strings are being tugged again. My original account got banned I think because of it getting hacked by gold farmers and I wasn't playing so never got it fixed.

This guy is going to steal the show every year now I think, I love his energy!
