My first New Mexico sparkling wine, this Gruet Blanc de Noirs. Although called a Blanc de Noirs, it’s actually a blend of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay. Aged sur lattes on the bottle for 18 months. Fresh wine, elegant bitter, well-integrated dosage, nice acidity.
