And this favorite tactic is a subset of one he uses all the time to give his pseudoscience the gloss of legitimacy: cherry-picking data that appears to support his preferred conclusion.

If you have time and can bear more shock at what humans can do to each other, visit the Stasi museum Hohenschönhausen. The tours are led by former prisoners of the Stasi.

This article is from 2013, making our failure to implement airborne infection control, especially after the devastation of COVID-19, even more inexplicable and indefensible.

We’ve long known what to do. When are we going to start doing it?

Cassidy is directly responsible for this mess. He could have single-handedly squashed RFK Jr nomination.

Bill Cassidy, too little too late. You sold us out because you were afraid of mean tweets from the babbling idiot in the White House. You appointed RFK, Jr. You gave him power. Now the only thing you should do is demand his resignation.

The LA Republican Party changed our primary system specifically to make it easier to beat Cassidy. They will never forgive him for voting to convict Trump.

For selling out the health of the world in an attempt to hold on to a seat he was likely to lose anyway, he deserves a crushing defeat.

As if Cassidy backing a dangerously disqualified anti-vax zealot weren’t enraging enough.

I’m in Louisiana and trying to convince people to vote Cassidy out next year. “But the other guy is worse.”

Worse than knowing someone is dangerous and advocating for him to be given power anyway?

Cassidy could’ve stopped the RFK Jr nomination in committee but chose to gamble the health of everyone on the planet on his arrogant and foolish belief that he could do what eluded doctors and scientist for two decades: sell science to a man whose wealth and power comes from peddling pseudoscience.

Cassidy arrogantly and foolishly believed he could control or influence RFK Jr and decided to gamble the health of everyone on the planet on that assumption—an assumption easily foreseeable to be a bad one. And yes, when we throw him out of office next year, that will be his legacy.
