Same old playbook - accuse others of what you are doing, over and over again. There are fascist MAGA influencers currently telling their audience that protestors and Democrats are collecting license plate for a database when ICE admitted on camera that ICE is doing this.

The Alberta thing is not going to work. It would take at least a decade. Those idiots who visited the White House are currently extreme fringe and the rest of us now know what happens if you trust the US. It would have to be an invasion.

It is so bizarre, it’s as if they didn’t realize there was an agreement between allies, started breaking it and backstabbing us all and they think everyone will still hold up their end of the bargain!

All politics aside, that’s a lot! There is likely a lot you could do to change that. The Mediterranean diet is a great option. Tons of veggies, grains, minimal meat. Fast meals and overall inexpensive.
