Following years of being inconsistent & not eating (undergrad lol), I have my back squat back up to 3x225 up from 3x135 in a matter of three months without breaking myself. Yaaay. Here's a bad vid with bad lighting.
2 years ago I weighed 160 lbs (at 6'2"!!!), and I'm now hovering at a nice 195lbs.
