There's stuff that definitely doesn't come across in the translation, like what words she uses for "I" in Japanese. Boku/Watashi/etc, which have a gendered connotation.

Maybe I can try that over the weekend... Though I'm usually wiped out over the weekend (and it doesn't help that I usually don't take my ADD meds).
