Very few Europeans would tolerate such Orwellian invasiveness to privacy. Good luck with your tourism and hospitality industries as well as centre piece global sporting events hosted in the USA. In view of current USA interference in European politics we ought ask the same of US visitors.

Ghislane Maxwell will appreciate she is in great mortal danger. Trump knows that she knows literally where all the bodies are buried. He is holding her on a promise for now but he knows that a more permanent solution is required and she knows that he knows that. #EpsteinFiles #GuislaneMaxwell

Most will be using vpn’s already. This will push more Russians to use vpn’s and perhaps +888 blockchain privacy numbers. In the old days even families turned wireless radio or tv up very loud… shoved heads into kitchen cupboards and whispered to each other. In old days kitchen cupboards knew much.

Which bring us back nicely to where we started… US military breaking laws under USMC even within the USA would be prosecuted. Times and administrations change within the USA and My Lai massacre (Vietnam) and Peleus massacre (ww2/Nuremberg) taught us that justice has a long reach.

Pinochet lost in court and won in politics. Immunity was destroyed; only discretion saved him. That’s why claims that international law is ‘toothless’ miss the point… legal exposure exists, even if enforcement is selective. #InternationalLaw #UniversalJurisdiction #NoImmunity #Accountability ⚖️

It’s late here… but have done some cursory fact checking on it. Pinochet wasn’t released because the law failed… he was released because politics intervened after the courts stripped his immunity. He lost legally, then escaped politically.
February 10, 2026 at 5:43 AM
Pinochet didn’t believe in international law either. He still got arrested.
February 10, 2026 at 5:36 AM
This argument fails historically. There is no ‘international police’, yet Pinochet was arrested anyway. Universal jurisdiction works through national arrest powers. US non-participation in the ICC doesn’t immunise officials abroad.
February 10, 2026 at 5:35 AM
You’re conflating the ICC with international law. Universal jurisdiction is enforced by domestic courts (UK, Spain, Germany). Pinochet wasn’t tried at The Hague and didn’t ‘volunteer’ … he was arrested in London under national law.

Once Trump’s Maga bubble bursts and Congress regains its power and is no longer impotent and subservient to the rogue unlawful Trump High Command then the murderous harm Trump does and his malevolent influence across the world will not help war criminals in its military especially in Europe.
February 10, 2026 at 5:30 AM
But the law under which he was arrested remains in force across Europe but governments change as does USA influence within Europe. Currently Europe is treading carefully with the USA due to the need to buy US Weapons systems and ordnance for Ukraine. But that diminishes as time passes.
February 10, 2026 at 5:24 AM
Can’t recall the exact circumstances… all of Europe especially the Belgians wanted him prosecuted as did the British public. That he was freed was a great injustice. I believe the USA put a lot of pressure on the UK Government… not sure now without checking.

During the current administration it is unlikely that Hegseth or US military commanders involved in these maritime extrajudicial killings would be arrested if they travel to the Eu. But times, administrations and circumstances change as they did with Pinochet which lead to his arrest.
February 10, 2026 at 4:48 AM
US pardons don’t travel. If these strikes amount to extrajudicial killings, those responsible may still face exposure under Europe’s universal jurisdiction laws… as Pinochet discovered (Bow St Mag, 1999).

Presidential Pardons & US Domestic immunity doesn’t bind foreign courts. Pinochet learned that (Bow St Mag, 1999). And WWII’s U-852 (Peleus) case is blunt: once a ship is disabled, survivors in the water are protected persons… killing them triggers individual criminal liability.

Given all that has transpired with the truth that has been squeezed out of the Trump Administration these past months… it now seems to be Epstein was almost certainly murdered in a most desperate act of desperation by Trump to keep the lid on the scandal that reveals the contramat Russia has on him.
