After this moment he suddenly became my favorite. Maybe for a conceited reason, but regardless now I am most excited for scenes that include him.

He is angry. Hopeless and mourning. He has been left behind by the living and the dead, left to chant names by a forgotten monument so the tortured souls of the past won’t be lost.

Azune was a character that had faded into the background for me until that moment. He was a simple soldier in my eyes— a classic dnd character that I was sure would have his shining moments. I just didn’t expect them to come so soon, and so quietly.

Or maybe Wulferic already had his prosthetic in their fight which is why the claw marks on his face look like a tattoo— like he clawed Kattigan’s face with his magic paw??? I’m screaming into the void about a make believe man and his magic wolf
