So I just made a new SM64 model of Fortuno, using a newer body that fits him.
The hair and head are reused, but everything is actually new!
I even figured out how to do blinking and expressions without doing the whole skin stuff.
Maybe I'll make this one public at some point.

With some help from my lovely partner, @tomalpro.bsky.social , we're actually getting the model into VRChat!
but i did have to fix it along the way, my rigging wasn't uh, the best unfortunately..
But we still managed in the end!

The rig didn't come out perfectly, but thats ok, i can improve more!
The rig didn't come out perfectly due to not being separated, and having the issue of CRUMPLING JOINTS, OH LORD!!!
but I'm gonna fix it soon, i have a backup of the unrigged model, so wish me luck on that.
