I have stopped reading books, even ones I’m really enjoying,the moment an animal is introduced. This is especially the case if it’s a cat because, for some reason, writers seem to be extra cruel to cats.

As someone who has taught and graded a college level course, I would rather have students focus on writing clearly and critically thinking than obsessing over citations. This applies to legal citations too. 😵💫
