Hey @davidebybc.bsky.social and @bcndpcaucus.bsky.social. The ratio of excluded management positions to union workers has crept up to 1-to-3. If we reduce it down to a more reasonable 1-to-4 ratio we would save $275m/yr. The current BCGEU proposal only ads $91m/yr. 🤯

Hey @davidebybc.bsky.social! Ive got another cost saving measure. In the public service we have these people called "Assistant Deputy Ministers". Im not sure if you know this but they dont actually do anything beside send out emails that everyone deletes pretty much immediately. #bcgeu #solidarity
