Screen shot from a home Depot product review giving five stars. Review text reads... The Gold Depot! I'm a resident in a important government building and we are in the midst of making it better with the best possible materials and we found them surprisingly enough at Home Depot. To be fair I thought I was visiting the Gold Depot. But I was amazed at the variety and quality of the materials at the Home Depot. If I'd known there was gold paint that you could spray on anything, I'd be a lot richer now I could have fake gold all over the place and keep the gold in my vault where it belongs! by donnie littlehands

I forgot that in Minecraft 1.17 mobs don't need complete darkness to spawn.

I've got some things going on Sunday, so the cleanup and YouTube re-post of tonight's stream may be delayed.

What was beyond the Summer Skylands in last night's session of HardCorn Terralith NOMAD? A few things.
Clean-up for the YouTube re-post is underway, but might be slowed by my needing to do other things today. Life and stuff.

Session 229 of HardCorn TOS is in the can. I made good progress covering the guardian farm. And I managed to remove the out-of-place source block in the central sluice, so the flow is nice and smooth now.
Watch for the YouTube re-post some time Sunday. (Possibly delayed by family activities.)

In addition to the main thing I plan to change, I suspect there's one extra water source block right here that's messing up the central sluice flow.
So how do I slip in amongst the many guardians to remove it without getting zapped? Elytra for quick in-and-out, or full armor for max protection?

It took a lot of precision mathematics to get this shot.

Fortunately my computer was able to do it all for me. I just lined up the shot, then did some exposure adjustment and cropping afterward.

I traversed some beautiful but difficult terrain during tonight's session of HardCorn Terralith NOMAD. This particular spot, with a grotto hidden behind a waterfall accessed from this pond through a cut in the mountain, would make a nice base, I think.

The first attempt to upload last night's HardCorn Terralith NOMAD session to YouTube failed, so I am re-attempting. 🤞

The structure is in the distance on the right, lit by torches or lanterns - it's hard to tell at this distance. It looked friendlier on the outside.
In a Minecraft cave, a couple zombies, a skeleton, and a creeper lurk in the darkness with multiple daylit cave entrances in the background across the flooded chamber. Through one entrance, BCowcorn's Minecraft character can be seen looking across at them. The grass seen through that entrance is an odd purple color, and exotic flowers and crystals can bee seen scattered around on the ground.

Well, tonight's livestream of HardCorn TOS Ep 223 could have gone better in a couple different ways.
