Come See Me in the Good Light may be the best documentary I've seen all year. It follows the poet Andrea Gibson as they work through the last year of their life before succumbing to cancer and is just beautiful. It's now available on AppleTV and is very much worth watching.

My go-to Robert Redford comfort movie (also miraculously featuring Poitier, Phoenix, Aykroyd, McDonnell, Stathairn, Kingsley) to honour a great actor, human, and one of the handsomest men to ever light up the silver screen.

Twice a year I switch out my running shoes. Today is that day I’m trying a new brand I haven’t tried before. I was to start last week but a spring snow delayed my choice. Now that it’s been warm for a few days I can go ahead. The paths were so packed it was hard to actually run at any good pace.
