But: this is for the DoJ only. Homeland Security may have completely different policies. Hence why Trump is using them for his very unlawful operations: there's less restriction on what they can be used for.

Maduro is a dictator: why are you promoting him on this account? In the 2019 he was re-elected despite the opposition wining; in 2024 the same happened despite international NGOs finding the official results to be fraud. He's even being investigated for crimes against humanity. This is a bad look
