Where to Woopdiddy? My children started out in Spain (Catalunya) and while we knew a whole load of people from all over, the school (local) was more “white” than the one there at in N.Wales.

I feel you! It’s not easy is it?! I didn’t get to sleep til past two last night I managed 4 hours today. Sigh! The anxiety dreams are the worst. I found a herbal supplement that helps (cumulative). Can get it from pharmacy without script: DonnaPlus safframotive. Hugs

This is why I’m so thankful the school we chose when we moved here had a more international pupil population. My daughter’s best friend is called Gold, from Nigeria. My son’s best friend is called Nawful and he is Ishmaeli Muslim. To befriend, is to understand. And this is important.

But none of us can monitor what they screen on their phones out of the house. I’m a mother of 11 year old twins. I aim for them to not have phones until they’re 14. But I’m told by parents of older kids that I’m in cloud cuckoo land.
