Well done !

At least the show was less full of over drama than some of the last 2-3 years.

What I regret though is that they go bigger and bigger with houses while some years ago it was more reasonable places that more people could relate (and it's some good challenge also to work with that)

It's like when there is clear detour and road closed signs but you still see many going inside the road closures or near the construction site. And often they say they didn't see the sign despite passing by 3 big signs.

I didn't have one in the bathroom since I moved to Canada, but before I moved, I had some places with one in them, and I have to say it was nice and useful. But it all depends on the type of building we are talking about also.

The air quality this year is so so bad in East Canada and concerning (with true effects on health).

Still hoping that he will make some to finally understand how things are interconnected on earth.

PS: how is the book?

If I remember correctly, this time would be in line with the previous lane / service that was in place before. However, the service will be offered at a better frequency and with improved opening hours too.

I wish it would be that easy to immigrate here. My husband is in long security check for his Visa while he did his PhD here, I am Canadian living here and he plans to work here.

So for now I have to go see him in US where he is for his postdoc and next year in Europe.

But still parked on a bike parking space though...

We can also see that we are still not transitioning with climate change adaptation actions / design... On the other side, there are some trees, but on that side it looks like a perfect heat spot.

I like it. Just wish that there is something to synchronize Proton Drive with my Synology (like some competitors) and they had a Proton Drive client on Linux like they have for their other apps.
However, I am currently following the news about what will happen if new laws are adopted in Switzerland.

"As well as increasing collision severity, higher bonnets reduce vision, particularly of children. Reduced driver vision risks increasing the frequency of collisions, and / or near miss situations.

Children are disproportionately killed as pedestrians in road traffic collisions."
June 12, 2025 at 1:39 PM
"High bonnets strike pedestrians higher up in the body, often hitting vital organs near the core, before knocking them forward and down, with a higher risk of driving over them."
June 12, 2025 at 1:39 PM
"The respective figures for average bonnet height rise from 2010 to 2024 in the six countries shown in the graph below are as follows: France (77.3 to 84.3 cm), Germany (76.5 to 82.3 cm), Italy (76.3 to 84.7 cm), Poland (77.0 to 82.6 cm), Spain (77.5 to 83.8 cm), and the UK (76.9 to 83.7 cm)."

Artistic rendition ?

I know the feeling... My husband began his postdoc there early this year. Strange feeling in that period (and tough also living that being on both sides of the border)
