I'm so sorry for your loss. It sounds like Bella found herself in a really good home and you gave her a good life.

Creating art for art sake is a nice refresher. Not having any expectation and allowing yourself to go where ever your mind takes you can help.
Do something not art related as well. If time and responsibility doesn't allow it, watching documentaries on different topics or places while working.
