General strike across Italy in support of #sumudflotilla, which was illegally blocked in international waters yesterday and all 400 crew members taken prisoner by Israel.
Giorgia Meloni's response is clearly on the side of Netanyahu and not on that of the Italian citizens illegally imprisoned!!

It ended with the demonstration blocking the ring road and then the motorway, which if you know anything about the geography of Italy, means the national road transport is cut in two, blocked between north and south. As we were leaving, the police launched hydrants and threw tear gas. Just for fun.

It started out as a national strike and a peaceful demonstration in Bologna Italy, asking for the Italian government to guarantee safe passage to the flotilla for Gaza, along with countless other cities where ports and stations were blocked, a foretaste of what will happen if the state does nothing.
