By one metric, yeah. By other metrics no. There's no agreed-upon metric for mass shootings in the US that everybody goes by and plenty only count mass *public* shootings.

I don't think Mr Ahmed had his own gun when he intervened in Australia.
Besides, looking at it, fewer than 5% (though one source says 3%) of active shooters are stopped by another civilian using their own firearm.
Probably not worth making a graph, really.

I imagine we count them differently. UK counts any shootings that happen with more than 4 victims ('mass' is doing a lot of heavy lifting here). They seem to be drive-bys (likely related to gang shit) and family murder-suicides. Dunno that any of those would be considered mass shootings in the US.

Without them I've done like ... 9. With them its a lot more. I'm counting them!
Audiobooks are great. I love being able to enjoy a story while I wash up, cook or pull stock at work. I'll fight anyone who argues.

I actually kept my sketches for this one, I don't usually. So anyway, I always sketch in white on dark and then change the colour of the lines. It always turns out better than just doing it in black? Is that weird?

I highly recommend this series especially if you like urban fantasy. It's a top 5 for me.

I highly recommend this series especially if you like urban fantasy. It's a top 5 for me.

These... I expect it's because I pre-order books in this series and mainline them when they first come out. Giving the series the full re-read treatment is probably a good idea.
