I suggest contacting Bluesky, you may have to contact them twice just so you can send a screenshot (mainly to show that ID isn't an option). Message them about why you are having a hard time to verify despite your age. They said they were going to update when they've done something about the issue.

KWS can't do much about it as it's out of their range - so ig I have to wait for Bluesky to respond
