Did I enjoy a Batman comic yesterday? Perhaps now we'll never know. Not a tragedy on any sort of macro level, of course, but maybe have some courage to stand up for your talent if you're ever going to be able to justify having run this logo in the past.

Really enjoyed Mark Russell's independent but complementary pieces, Superman: Space Age and Batman: Dark Age. Pocket universe stories that capture the essence of the characters, told through the unique medium of the Allreds' art.

In my (so far) relatively limited studies, I've particularly enjoyed Batman and Superman stories that are extra-canon while being true to specific essences of the characters, especially where the art is slightly unusual.

SUPERMAN: THE KRYPTONITE SPECTRUM #1 suggests it's going to be a good ride.
