"No random fascist on the street is worth your life. This is not a negation of the importance of antifascism, but an affirmation of its necessity, while at the same time being conscious of the importance of protecting & valuing our own lives."

Another War Is Possible, "Facing the Fascists."

"Just as Alexis in Athens was & could have been any one of us, a young anarchist directing unfiltered rage at cops, any one of us could have been Carlos, instinctively confronting a fascist." Excerpt from Another War Is Possible, "Facing the Fascists." Painful to write, still painful to read.

In March of this year, Milei's gvmnt. also ordered the destruction of the monument in memory of anarchist and labor historian Osvaldo Bayer, best known for his work on the rebel workers of Patagonia in "La Patagonia Rebelde" and biography of anarchist expropriator Severino Di Giovanni.

Let's not forget that it was an an actual libertarian, Simon Radowitsky, who on November 15th of that same year avenged the fallen anarchist workers, taking the life of Coronel Falcon.
November 2, 2025 at 4:54 PM
The Minister of Security of Argentina's "libertarian" gvmnt, Patricia Bullrich, announced the Federal Police Academy will once again carry the name of Coronel Falcon--infamous anti-worker & anti-anarchist coronel who ordered his troops to open fire on an anarchist 1st of May demo in 1909.

We saved Racing Club with direct action and struggle.

Because our clubs are about much more than just a ball being kicked around.

If yesterday we were able to do this, it’s because once upon a time, we didn’t let it die.

Racing Club de Avellaneda. Por la gente, para la gente.
Racing Club de Avellaneda. For us. By us.

While the capitalist class receives a 20B bailout from MAGA fascists, we rely on the bonds of solidarity. By supporting the book Kickstarter through the purchase of the LCDB benefit shirt combo, all shirt sales proceeds go to supporting Latin America’s only antifascist social & sporting club.

Solidarity to the comrades out there doing rapid response, legal support, in front of the ICE buildings and detention centers, and everywhere in between.

They "infiltrated" a publicly accessible, open to all, widely publicized *book fair* & act like they discovered Bin Laden's lair in the Afghan mountains.

But nice to see "Another War Is Possible" making guest appearances in the fascist fearmongering campaigns (first Fox, now Frontlines).

Written as a love story to the anarchist idea; to our streets and neighborhoods; to the collective fabric of community which defies the logic of capital; to those that came before us; and to the unbroken spirit of popular rebellion—- which we need now more than ever.

while also finding the time to take us on a lovingly traced tour of the rich history of Argentina’s anarchist movement of the early twentieth century, then among the largest in the world. It is also a compelling account of the trauma inflicted by Argentina’s numerous dictatorships.

Alternating between urgent narration and historical account, and accompanied by over 150 photos and illustrations, A Tale of Two Utopias leads the reader through the streets of a burning Buenos Aires
October 20, 2025 at 5:57 PM
A Tale of Two Utopias weaves together two simultaneous yet seemingly unrelated events of the “days which contain decades” of Buenos Aires in December 2001: the uprising and the first championship in 35 years of the popular football club Racing Club de Avellaneda.
