The beyerdynamic DT 990 Pro X are the best headphones I've ever used. They shine in the mid and high frequencies but that doesn't mean the lows don't stand out. Bass is clean and tight and not boomy. Looking for a mid price open back headphone for studio work or casual listening, look into these.
