Pandemic has two different categories for successfully controlled disease: cured and eradicated. Cured means it can't spread anymore but it's not gone. Eradicated means all cubes of that color are gone from the board and the cure has been found so it can't reoccur.

I look at it differently. Society wants us to learn in order to do the thing, when for some of us it's the learning part that interests us.

The learning *is* the thing. Once it's learnt, then time to move on and learn something else.

So... Republicans gutted the National Weather Service so warnings didn't go out on time, AND gutted FEMA so there's no relief money.
