Professor Erik Peterson was one of two faculty across the university to receive the Provost’s Award for Outstanding Early Career Achievement. Dr. Peterson has changed what we know about local news and political communication.

I highly recommend this new JCR article by @ricepolisci.bsky.social Ph.D. student @connerjoyce.bsky.social. It uses a creative empirical strategy to evaluate whether states can control non-state hackers operating from their territory if incentivized to do so-- key to international cooperation.
