That’s true. My energy levels have been ramping up, it’s just my focus and goals have changed. Unfortunately, many people of my acquaintance and relations are no longer included in those.

I’ve been off of social media, except for LinkedIn, for the last 4 years. My brother-in-law recommended Bluesky, recently, so I decided to give it a shot. What a breath of fresh air! Having actual civil conversations on posts, in pretty much real time, having NOTHING to do with politics. Wow!

I like to put about 40-50 mg of this in my hot tea, and follow it up with a doob. It’s verrrrrry nice.
