Looks real promising but I also remember Josh Brook leading the WHL in points his last year (by a d-man granted) and he never got an NHL sniff. I really thought he was the offensive D we were dying for.

That or a few cm in the other direction and those 4 posts and cross bars are goals and they win easily. They had their chances, just missed.

That's because they are replacing Guhle, Dach, Newhook, Laine. Team would be better without the multiple long term injuries. The entire 2nd line is out. It's actually quite impressive that they are still contending.

Thankfully for Canada I really doubt they take him. Unless Hughes as ND Sanderson are injured. Maybe Fox injury opens the door but they are going big. They've said as much

Seemed obvious to me that it was Landeskog that kneed the back of Anderson causing him to fall. Landeskog went to the net on his own

I mean it's not like he forgot how to play goal. I was not a fan when he first got claimed but he won me over. Eventually he was going to find it.
