You are your own cheerleader, PR agent. Embrace the wins, learn from the challenges. Working FT I had a kudos email folder.
Before review, spend time reviewing what was awesome, what were your teachable moments. What would I do over? Learn to manage up.

If we look at the pandemic- most companies kept sales, let go of engineering / tech... ability to ramp up challenged - people moved on.
