in september i got diagnosed with colon cancer at 31 years old. had surgery on november 6th, and on november 21st i was told i am completely cancer free!
and today i did my first NO CANCER WORKOUT AND IT IS 76 DEGREES OUT AND SUNNY SO FORGIVE ME IF I AM A BIT EBULLIENT!!!
