I am constantly blown away by the attention to detail in your work, the backgrounds are stunning! I'm also enamoured by the visible weight of both parties, I can really see Cas' strength in how he's drawn!

Oh dang! Admittedly the walnuts are what make the dish for me, but if you search for specially lentil bolognese it's a very popular dish so I'm sure you'll find a solid nut-free one!

I was in a similar position, my advice is to work on finding dishes and ingredients that don't replace meat but add to it. The more variety of veggies the better!
I've found that replacement brands just aren't going to cut it if you make a direct switch.

My partner makes a fantastic bolognese with lentils and walnuts, the mouth feel isn't 1 to 1 but it's surprisingly similar and just as filling.
