Every word. Europe has been excluded purely so it will not complicate Trump's mineral wealth interests in Ukraine. He has NO interest in any other aspect there at all. None.

“Activist judge” is an old term dredged up from the prime Rush Limbaugh years to mean “anyone who rules against what the far right wants to do.”
But when far right-leaning judges rule again & again against the people (cough SCOTUS cough), they’re not “activists”; they’re the immutable law.
