The US AG lost face today, thus America, thus Americans and more. One representing us embarrassed herself, the country, and everyone with a stake in democracy and law. Committment to the accountability of the justice system to the governed was treated today as optional to Constitutional decree.

AG Bondi asserted the congresswoman was not worth engaging. Why would one representing America want to assert a fellow American human being is without worth? At a very minimum all people, regardless of character, have worth because they have life. If not intrinsically held, the AG has this duty.

Bondi suggesting Balint, Jewish, is antisemetic is very, very low behavior. AG Bondi unashamedly continues to shame herself and reduce confidence in the rule of law.

The abused women looking at AG Bondi, one whom appears to have a look suggesting disinterest with their plea for justice. Subsequent behavior by the AG suggests that to be the case.

People in the legal profession in which her reputation is evaluated will score her behavior as insuffarable political theatre but not regard it as an attorney embodying norms and professionalism of the legal field. She embarrassed America, DOJ, democracy, and law and brought shame on herself.

Apparently AG Bondi fundamentally misunderstands her role. It is to respond not initiate, that is, it is her role to answer the questions asked, not change them and then make the issue the congress-person. And it certainly isn't her role to tell a questioner that his or her time has expired.

Raskin, she said, however, I don’t recall any calling her Bondi. Tough questions are expected, as is respect. The AG might seek a bit more professional demeanor.

Listening to Bondi shouting her questioners are using theatrics while she, herself, is being theatrical it is very apparent that more and more we are two Americas. But we have elections to determine which leads. Hopefully we still have elections.

Ds have a hand that should be foldless. If they get weak in the knees, let us remind them of the disingenuine healthcare promises by Rs, that now people, yes, even US citizens, may not be able to afford medical attention after being beaten by ICE. Ds, if you lose, the America meriting saving loses.
