Pizza Dog woke up with a swollen eye so we rushed him to the vet. I assumed was injured but it’s a cyst inside his eye caused by cat herpes! Ten days of eye drops that he absolutely HATES. We had to wrap him in a purrito and practically sit on him to restrain this strong and bitey boy.

I bought seeded grapes that were tasty but hard to eat so I turned them into sugarfree grape jelly. It turned out pretty tasty, though a bit too sweet. Not bad for a first attempt.

On Thursday we drove to the farm to see Belinda’s home renovations. It’s really incredible what she’s accomplished. Our beloved, though somewhat dingy childhood home is now so open and filled with light! I love it.
