The House of Lords is the weirdest political entity I can think of. For a supposedly democratic country with the "Mother of Parliaments", having an unelected bunch of wankers, shysters and arse-lickers with a say in governing the country is risible. Abolish them. Create an elected "upper house".

Trump can go and fuck himself. Sadly it'll be a long time before the US is healed from all the damage this creep is doing to the country. Still, there were around 80M Americans who couldn't even be bothered getting off their arses to vote so they've basically brought it on themselves.

Israel is in Eurovision as its public broadcaster is a member of the EBU - the European Broadcasting Union. In fact, all of the countries surrounding the Mediterranean are members. Morocco actually performed at the contest in 1980. I think it should be banned because of Gaza, not geography.

It's ludicrous the amount of airtime Farage gets. He has 4 MP's FFS, yet media like the BBC, Sun, Telegraph and Mail give him hours and acres of coverage to spout his bile. The Greens and Plaid Cymru also have 4 seats yet they never get a platform. Nor, of course, does the SNP. Shameful.

I'm 76. I hope I live long enough to see an independent Scotland and apply for my Scottish passport. It's a pity Scotland was conned into voting to stay part of the UK partly because of the concern of not being a member of the EU. The EU would have welcomed Scotland with open arms.

Whilst I applaud the sentiment, it's a shame that around 85,000,000 Americans didn't get off their asses and vote. Then perhaps that Orange Fuck would be in jail, where he belongs. Many Democrat voters not voting because they didn't like Harris - I hope they regret it now.
