I'd never played Standard before but I tried it yesterday (Friday, 10/17) and had a lot of fun
so I showed up to an RCQ with a pile of cards and top-8'd 💙
I had so much fun it's unreal. 6 rounds of brain-melting Magic (I went to time 3 times despite playing lightning-fast) and I'd do it again.

behold, existence! I think I was listening to Killswitch Engage when I took this and I’m listening to Killswitch Engage now. I forgot how good As Daylight Dies (2007) is. But maybe I’m just very, very sad. Both can be true, though. I’m going to eat yogurt now.

speaking of self-harm our internet was down for almost 24 hours cause of the flooding (i'm assuming lol) but before it went down i managed to lock this in. the less that logs matter (i.e. EXes, Unreals, 24-men etc) the more i care about them for some reason so i'm pretty happy about this. lmfaooo
