As tick populations explode, tickborne diseases are becoming more and more common. To address this threat, novel solutions are clearly needed. Could wildfire management help to address this menace? I believe it could! See:

It’s time to abandon pyrrhic victories against wildfires and embrace pyric- management that utilizes fire to improve the health of plants, animals, people, and their shared environments.
