I wouldn’t put too much faith into this based on Madel’s actions. He is not a bellwether for the R party in MN. Outside of the metro, the sentiment is still with Trump. See Tom Emmer, Brad Finsted, etc.

I was never "into" DMB, but I know folks who own a small resort in WV where the band stayed a few times in the early aughts, and they said everyone in the band treated the staff with kindness, respect, and genuine warmth, so I've been a "fan" of Dave Matthews, et al. ever since.

FYI – the state AG in MN does not have jurisdiction to charge a criminal case. Those must be brought by county prosecutors. He can file a civil case, which he has done on many occasions this year.

Thank you. I loved my job – I worked mainly on civil fraud cases. The stuff they are saying about fraud in Minnesota now makes my blood boil because I have firsthand knowledge of the data & know the great people who worked diligently on these cases. The admin is spewing so much disinformation.

I left in April (I was a paralegal, not an attorney). I took a 35% pay cut and am thankful that my frugal ways permitted the move. Every day the correctness of my decision is reinforced.

Someone needs to do forensics on this video. Only one shot can be heard and there were three distinct shots in the other videos. I think there are frames missing.
