Hmm I'd say maybe Tengai Makyou IV/Far East of Eden IV. I'd also include Sakura Wars 3 but that has an active fan TL in works thankfully.

Sega Saturn version has an active fan translation in the works! Here are some photos of me running it on an actual Saturn few months ago.

Tengai Makyo IV sadly doesn't have one that I'm aware of but I know another Saturn hidden gem RPG is (Cyber Doll). In fact the same person who is doing SGGG is doing it

Tokimemo 1 (Sega Saturn), Tokimemo 2 (PSX), Sakura Wars 3 (Dreamcast), and Like a Dragon Kenzan! all have active fan translation projects in development btw
