Relating so hard to this. In my 20s snippy goths at Le Phono were like 'oh here come the Bet Lynches' at me and my friend (with leopard print coats, beehives and cigarette holders), like it was an insult.

Me and my dad used to walk round our neighbourhood and look at everyone's trees all lit up, and I make my husband do a Christmas Walk with me now (usually with a flask of mulled wine).

I bought a little bottle of the 150 anniversary one and came out in a mad rash 😭. It wasn't sore or anything but you could see exactly where it had landed on me. I love the scent though, so I guess I'll spray it in my hair for now.
