This relates, in some way, to my theory that black holes are actually Christmas puddings which, under construction, became so infinitely dark and dense that they warped the fabric of space and time. The possibility that they are sentient is worthy of Lovecraft.

This list has reminded me that, in the 80s, a lesbian PE teacher friend persuaded me to go with her to see David Essex. He was good at what he did, but I had to listen to some Hawkwind on the way home, to recover. My friend said she would be tempted to change some of her life choices for him..
