At some point we need to lay some of the blame on the coaching staff being unable to develop talent.
Don’t get me wrong. I believe that O’Connell AND Kwesi should be shown the door. They’ve preached collaboration since the beginning and it’s all gone to shit.

Yes there are new issues… but O’Connell has had issues with the run game since 2022. His playcalling ranges from predictable to “nobody would predict this because it’s so stupid”. And I truly believe he’s lost the locker room… at least his offense. They had more energy in Zims last year.

An outlier would be a few bad bounces while getting better through the growing pains. That’s not what we’re seeing. We’re seeing the same short comings that have repeated since 2022 rear their head.
