In TX all law enforcement agencies have been ordered by Gov Abbott to assist ICE & CBP operations, under threat of prosecution. My daughter was a Sgt for a city PD - she quit LE due to that order. Dallas PD is walking a fine line, not assisting, not interfering.
We've been indoctrinated with copaganda, that the police are here to protect and serve; they are the good guys. except when they're not, and then they're just bad apples.
