I’d love to sum myself up in a bio, but always in some sort of identity crisis. Don’t DM.
He’s starting in AAG on the 4 year apprenticeship programme in January Deirdre. Had you not posted that post it may not have really made it into our awareness… incredible how we all impact each others lives - even if we’ve never met

Which means she can’t download any app without parental permission- but she is onboard anyways - so we are lucky in that regard

And she was just relieved not to be involved in any of it. I thought going into first year would be challenging but what we found is that more and more kids are starting to not have social media, out of her friend group of 5 .. 3 of them aren’t online. We also have parental controls on the phone

She has an old phone of mine Sarah, it is a smart phone, she has WhatsApp, but no social media, we’ve talked to her about this from about the age of 10, and she’s totally onboard. It’s been helped by the fact that there was a big blow up in her class in 6th class over bullying through Snapchat

Let’s hope the likes of FF & FG aren’t re-elected…. I can’t understand how they’ve stayed in so long

Plus he was doing it for years. Multiple women reported him but they were ignored. It took one of the husbands who observed that this creep had his phone in his breast pocket and was filming the examination. … They listened to the one man but not the dozens of women.

Situations like that you just gotta laugh, we had a disastrous night out on Saturday night with the siblings - between one couple going to the wrong restaurant, then having to drive across town in the middle of a Christmas lights festival, no parking - then new restaurant was heaving with Christmas

I didn’t dismiss philosophy or reflection, but pointed out that selective moral outrage undermines genuine reasoning. “societal moves” towards that position, that’s the problem: we’ve mistaken louder voices for wiser ones. Britain isn’t becoming more freethinking, it’s becoming more polarised.

You’re really sticking with that comparison? It’s absurd — different century, different motives, different reality. He’s clearly unhinged and would fit right in down in the Bible Belt.

Enoch knows nothing about truth having consistently lied. Quoting philosophers doesn’t make his actions principled. He wasn’t “ridiculed” for holding truth, he was held accountable for not following the law. There’s a difference btwn being persecuted for truth and facing consequences for arrogance.

His beliefs may have lead him to shout at a principal, but again it is never acceptable to shout at anyone in the workplace. If he felt that strongly he could have lodged a grievance and follow proper procedures - he chose aggression instead

Comparing someone jailed for contempt of court to terrorists released under the Good Friday Agreement is absurd. He wasn’t imprisoned for “beliefs” — he was jailed for ignoring a judge. Religious conviction doesn’t place anyone above the law.
