There is a lot of bad code out there. I think the shift is that before people understood what and why they created it and with AI that is not the case. Next to that you tend to start of with technical debt with AI development : it starts out with older versions of libraries.

The only thing I can do is wish Ukraine a lot of wisdom in choosing the best option and that Europe (and at least EU), will keep their promises.

The only thing I can do is wish Ukraine a lot of wisdom in choosing the best option and that Europe (and at least EU), will keep their promises.
Next to that, countries can promise a lot of things to keep Ukraine safe or defend them, but if that was the case, Ukraine would not be in the situation they are in now. So all options that are on the table right now still can lead to an undesired result.

Gelukkig staat er ook "wapens" bij, anders zou iedere booteigenaar zich nu zorgen maken, tenminste neem aan dat de meeste intussen winterklaar zijn en dit soort spullen nu thuisliggen.
