This helmet era is similar to the evolution of jerseys. Elements designed for a different era (jersey sleeve) now shoehorned into a modern template that looks so much worse. But what do you do? Redesign the whole DAL, PIT, GB, etc uniform? Doubt that would go over well

And even with all going on in that uni, your eye is still drawn to the helmet. Good balance there top to bottom. bit of irony, pre war helmets provide a better art direction ideas for modern day helmets. Logos on the sides just dont work as well as they used to

Especially important when a uni is loaded with stripes for the pants to be a resting point for the eyes. The 36 throwbacks work well because the pants are solid color

A uniform pet peeve is when a pants stripe is so large it becomes the focal point of a uniform. Most football pants suffer from this, but this photo shows 2 views of the same uni. Bears uni looks much better when pants stripe is out of view. FP should be front number or helmet

its all "tech will save the world" until you get a job in tech
at this point the data is undeniable. remote work allows companies to hire a bigger pool of people: more talent. people who like working from home are more productive and happier when they do. "culture" is corporate manager BS

its time to retire the NFL Playoff logo. It has run its course and the ID needs new direction. i dont think they should go back to the previous one (right), but that design is way more timeless.
