In the original, 1963 run of Doctor Who, writers owned the characters and monsters that they created for the episodes that they wrote. With the exception of characters explicitly created to be recurring, if the BBC wanted to reuse the characters or monsters, they have to pay the original writers.

I don't know what it means that the best years of my life have been 2016, 2020, and 2025. I feel like these have all been pretty horrendous years for most people living in the US, but they've all been pretty spectacular for Kirby.

My 20s have been an absolutely incredible time in my life. I graduated college and started my dream job, and it only feels better and better with each passing day. I've gotten into several hobbies that have enhanced my life so much, such as speedrunning and fansubbung. My life is incredible.

I'm only two chapters in, but I'm really enjoying Detective Instinct: Farewell, My Beloved. It feels like a perfect mix of Hotel Dusk and Famicom Detective Club. The soundtrack is amazing. The mystery is intriguing. I'm invested in the main character's story arc, which is rare for this genre.

Just finished the NES game Adventures of Lolo, and it was pretty fun! Fun little simple, cozy puzzle game. I played this a bit as a kid when I got into emulation, but it felt great to finally finish it as an adult.

I recently finished Peacemaker, and I LOVED it. Exactly my type of television. The characters are all amazing and have insanely good chemistry. The story is wonderful. The pacing is incredible. The comedy is hilarious. I do not have enough good things to say about it.

I think Mixed Nuts (The first OP from SPY x FAMILY) would be in the top tier of my favorite songs of all time, but the official music video is just... so bad. It so utterly fails the captures the vibe in any way. It feels like it doesn't even fit the rhythm of the song. Sours the song a little bit.
