Good morning All, well I sold that Rhodes piano for $1300 to a nice couple who take them and rebuild them. They were happy & I made a profit so all is good! I also sold a couple other items from that unit. It was a good gamble!

Sedona is simply gorgeous. I can see why people come here. Unfortunately I didn’t sleep well at all last night so I have been in the room napping trying to recover. The weather is spectacular though so I may have to venture out in a little bit. Maybe go for a walk . I see a trailhead across the way.

Well it’s cold and off/on sprinkles here in Sedona so I may as well have a treat and look at the scenery.

Sitting at a little state park near Cottonwood today. There’s snow falling on the hills around here. I was fishing but the wind was blowing a bit harder so I stopped. I took a small hike and now I’m thinking about leaving to grab a bite somewhere. The wife is in Sedona training today & tomorrow.

I decided that I needed to do another garage sale this morning to clear some stuff out. This is more about getting rid of stuff instead of making money but I’m a bit greedy so it’s hard to sell some stuff really cheap. I know it’s a garage sale🙄

Another auction win and a another auction WIN! I picked up this professional grade home treadmill by Nordic Track for a song! These sell for around $1000! Needless to say I will make a great profit on it! If you’re interested hmu!

I was sorting some of the stuff I got in the auction I got last week and came across more stuff I didn’t know was in there. A whole bunch of jewelry and some is marked with gold 10k and 14k! I will take it to a local jeweler to see if it’s real. If so the that’s a score!

Good morning friends, I decided to list the Parlor Guitar after taking it to a guitar shop. If I played it it might be worth investing in but since I don’t I’m going to let someone else use it. I have it listed for $200 obo on FB marketplace. If you’re a luthier, this is a good project guitar!

Well I did it. I leased a 25 Tacoma TRD Sport 2WD. Holy crap this thing has loads of features. It drives nice but like a truck.

Hey Friends, any guitar folks out there? Tell me if this 1930’s Supertone Parlor Guitar is worth a fortune or a few bucks! It’s beautiful but it needs lots of work. It’s 90 yo so it’s to be expected I guess!

Some of my haul from yesterday’s auction unit. Got some great stuff out of a true MAGAs locker. I got rid of all the trump crap! But kept some of the nicer patriotic stuff to sell.

Priscilla is doing her thang! My goodness! We woke up to a sheer wall of water pouring from the sky this morning! It is beautiful and nice and cool. More rain is coming so I’m draining about a foot of water from the pool. It was up to the lip of the cool deck! My backyard is under a couple inches!

Well lightning and rain caused me to close up sho on the garage sale earlier than I expected. I still made about $140! Not too bad! I’m going to try again tomorrow morning for a little while if it isn’t rainy.

Another busy day off! Picked up a small unit this morning. Mostly junk and some Christmas stuff. It did have a brand new Hoover backpack Vacuum pack vacuum cleaner with the box that sells for around $400. I should get my money back at least! 👍🏻 oh and a cute little Barbie cooler holds.

I took a drive up north this morning to a little lake called Ashurst east of Flagstaff. It was beautiful and lots of birds but it was also really windy so fishing wasn’t good. I decided to go the long way home and drove down to Oak Creek to play for a few and then Sedona. Such a nice drive!
